Project Description
Scope played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Westmont Seniors Lifestyle Village, Baranduda. Tasked with overseeing the civil construction of Stage 1, Scope managed all design consultants, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
The project aimed to provide 90 housing units for the senior community, leveraging the expansive site of the former Trinity College. Throughout the process, Scope’s responsibilities included contractor procurement and management, along with regular progress inspections to ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
In addition to overseeing the construction, Scope was responsible for processing claims and managing extensive project variations. Detailed client reporting was maintained to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. This comprehensive management approach ensured that the project’s goals were met efficiently, setting a solid foundation for the continued development of the Westmont Seniors Lifestyle Village.
