The beginnings
Scope began in 2016 out of a desire to do things differently and make a real impact in the project management industry. Built from the ground up, Scope had a clear vision to deliver better value to clients and prioritise their goals.
Where we are today
Fast forward to today, and Scope has evolved into a dynamic project management consultancy, with offices in Wodonga and Ballarat. We service Victoria, NSW, ACT, and South Australia, and drive project success in residential, retirement, tourism, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial developments.

Ben fryer
Ben founded Scope in 2016 after 18 years working for a range of small regional and large national consulting businesses. Ben is a highly experienced project manager and has delivered all types of property development and infrastructure projects across Victoria and NSW.
He has been a crucial project team member in driving the successful performance of projects through his dedicated and passionate commitment to project management, strong stakeholder relationships and the understanding of all aspects of the projects marketplace.
Outside of work, Ben is a devoted father to three girls and loves to cycle, play squash and generally be outdoors.
Senior Project Manager
Sean Mooney
Sean offers a wealth of experience successfully delivering development projects for government and private sector clients, ranging from residential homes to multimillion-dollar urban developments.
Sean is a natural communicator.
His ability to convey ideas, actively listen, and facilitate productive discussions, fosters strong working relationships and ensures a shared understanding of project objectives.
When he’s not working, Sean loves to explore the outdoors and is a keen traveller.

Tom Brown
Tom has a passion for construction and management and is a highly motivated and organised project manager. He believes project success is achieved through strong communication and thorough project planning.
With a degree in business studies and project management, Tom blends experience with theoretical knowledge, to deliver projects on time and on budget.
In Tom’s spare time he enjoys catching up with family and friends, playing sport and exploring the outdoors.

Sai Nimishakavi
Sai is a dedicated member of the Scope team with strong project management skills backed by technical knowledge as a qualified civil engineer.
Sai has been involved in a variety of interesting and complex projects including underground tunnelling for metropolitan rail networks and the construction of major infrastructure for the Indian Space Research Organisation.
Sai is highly motivated and works diligently to ensure clients’ needs are met and projects are delivered to the highest possible standard.
On weekends, Sai loves to catch the latest movie, test his strategic thinking with a game of chess, or explore the great outdoors.
Assistant Project Manager
Mohit Jain
Mohit is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in the government sector. With a passion for innovation and specialist skills in geotechnical engineering, hydrological assessment and asset management, Mohit brings a diverse skill set to any project team.
Mohit’s commitment to excellence ensures project compliance and safety, while his knowledge of project methodologies like Agile and PMBOK ensures efficient project delivery.
On the weekends you’ll find him with a racquet in hand, either playing table tennis or badminton, or honing his expert drone flying skills.

Pruthvi Sagar
Pruthvi is an enthusiastic member of the Scope team who is keen to build his project management skills and knowledge.
A qualified architect, with a Master of Project Management, Pruthvi’s technical knowledge ensures he is an asset to any project team.
