Project Description
The Huntly Lifestyle Estate project includes development of a ‘greenfield’ (new) manufactured homes estate for over 55s.
The development consists of 7.6 hectares adjoining the south of the existing Viewpoint Estate.
Scope was engaged to conduct a feasibility for the new development. It consists of 5 stages of land release, each comprising of around 50 home sites bringing the total to around 200 to 250 new homes.
Following the feasibility assessment, Scope managed the delivery of stage 1, including design, approvals and construction management for new services and roads.
