Project Description
New residential development at Trewella Road, Talgarno. This development includes 9 spacious lots ranging from 2.5 to 4 hectares, with stunning views of Lake Hume.
Scope were the project managers and development advisors for this subdivision project. Services included master planning, due diligence, planning permits, and design and construction management of the road and stormwater. Includes creation of 1.5 kilometre of greenfields road in difficult, undulating terrain and new stormwater retention dam on an existing catchment area.
