Project Description
Scope has successfully collaborated with the North East Maintenance Alliance on various road maintenance projects.
These initiatives include periodic road maintenance, capital delivery programs, and structures/bridge maintenance, all aimed at enhancing the road network and ensuring public safety.
Scope was responsible for managing contractors to ensure projects were completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With project budgets ranging from $50k to $5m, Scope added value through our expertise in project management, adherence to quality standards, comprehensive project scoping, opportunity identification, and effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
