Project Description
Scope was engaged by a civil contractor to review, price, and develop submission documentation for a public tender, which they subsequently won.
As project managers, Scope liaised with the council, authorities, and the community to deliver major road works.
This project involved the complete reconstruction of Gilmore Street, including service management, the creation of a new roundabout, and the development of car and bus parking for the nearby schools and showground.
