Project Description
Scope was engaged to project manage the redevelopment of Aaroona Holiday Resort in Mulwala, NSW.
Scope worked with the resort owners to develop a considered plan for the redevelopment of the site, which complements existing buildings and facilities, including Aaroona Motel.
Scope leveraged its expertise in tourist park redevelopments to navigate a complex regulatory approval process. Scope is overseeing the design and construction of diverse new accommodation options, from double and single-story cabins to studios and powered camp sites.
The end result will be a fully upgraded resort with newly constructed cabins, enhanced services, and improved communal facilities, significantly elevating the overall guest experience.
