After taking new ownership of the BIG4 Marong Tourist Park, the management team sought to understand the parks potential. On engaging Scope, an end to end service was provided involving, master planning, feasibility, authority approvals, design, tendering and construction management. The project saw newly constructed services, roads and communal facilities including an indoor pool.
