Our Team

Ben Fryer

Ben founded Scope in 2016 after 18 years working for a range of small regional, and large national consulting businesses. During Ben’s career he has managed the delivery of property development and infrastructure projects across Victoria and through-out NSW. Ben has been a crucial project team member in driving the successful performance of projects through his dedicated and passionate commitment to Project Management via strong stakeholder relationships and the understanding of all aspects of the projects marketplace.

Outside of work Ben is busy being a loving father to three girls, playing squash and camping.

Senior Project Manager

Benjamin Ible

Benjamin has 11 years’ experience working in the large-scale mining industry, 8 of those years in management and project management positions as part of industry leading teams. Benjamin is driven in his pursuit to ensure that every project undertaken is optimized; to not only deliver the expected outcome of the client within budget and time frames; but to also ensure the greatest return on investment for the client. Benjamin believes that the success he has achieved through a range of management positions and project delivery, is a product of highly effective collaboration and consultation; through the use of detailed analytical, yet practical assessment methodologies.

On the weekends you will find Ben grabbing a coffee with his wife and playing at a park with their son, Link. Cool name right, if you know you know. When its time to relax, the headphones go on and Ben catches up with mates playing online games, with a whisky not too far away.

Assistant Project Manager

Kane is an experienced Boiler Maker that has structural construction experience and management of teams to design, fabricate, construct and maintain industrial structures and machinery. Kane is undertaking formal Project Management training to build his technical skills and further compliment the experience of building structures. Kane still likes to get his hands dirty by building sheds and one of a kind steel structures in his spare time. The Scope team are excited for Kane and his wife as they welcome their first child.

Business Administration

Kathryn Fryer

Kathryn provides administrative support to the business to make sure the day to day operation is smooth, which includes the development and maintenance of Scopes’ systems and processes.

Kath loves her netball, and has made a stunning comeback after two achillies ruptures, culminating in a Grand Final win with Tallangatta Hoppers.
