Engaged by a civil contractor, Scope reviewed, priced and developed submission documentation for a public tender; subsequently winning the tender. The Scope team operated as the project managers interfacing with the council, authorities and community for the delivery of major road works.

The works consisted the full reconstruction including service management of Gilmore Street, creating a new roundabout and car and bus parking for the adjacent schools and show ground.
