Project Description
Sun Country Lifestyle Park is located opposite the beautiful Lake Mulwala. Scope was engaged to provide end-to-end project management to complete a multi-stage expansion and redevelopment.
This includes a range of works including new roads and fire, water, sewer, drainage and electrical services upgrades. The electrical works included a major substation upgrade from pole-mount substation to underground power supply with a 500KVA pad substation. This boosted electrical capacity and enhanced the streetscape of the lifestyle park.
