Scope has managed the development of this premium precinct, just 2km from the Hume Freeway on/off ramp—a prime location along Australia’s main transport corridor.

The project includes providing supporting infrastructure, such as a new road and council-owned collector road.

Scope managed stakeholders to achieve sign off of drainage outfall through adjoining land, and engaged heavily with council regarding future design requirements and interim access to William Page Drive.
